ProCareMan® provides remodeling, repair, project-management, property-management, and related construction-coordination services in Utah under an active state general contractor license. Specific scope, schedule, materials, pricing, payment terms, change-order process, and warranty for any project are governed by a separately signed written contract.

Specialized trade work is performed by independent trade contractors and trade partners. The relationship between TUFFDES LLC dba ProCareMan and these trade partners is an independent-contractor and/or referral relationship — NOT an employment, joint-venture, partnership, agency, or franchise relationship. Each trade partner is independently responsible for licensing, insurance, bonding, permits, taxes, employees, and trade-specific safety and regulatory compliance. Any estimate, calculator output, budget range, or rough pricing presented on this website is preliminary, informational, and subject to in-home assessment and final written agreement. No estimate is a contract or a binding price quote until both parties sign a project contract.

Submitting a lead, estimate request, or contact form does not create a contractor-client relationship. We respond to qualified inquiries within one business day and confirm engagement only through a signed written contract.

All content on procareman.com — text, images, logos, graphics, project photography, and ProCareMan® branding — is owned by or licensed to TUFFDES LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission.

You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (b) post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through any form or upload; (c) impersonate another person; or (d) use the website to send spam or malware.

Our website may link to third-party websites (financing partners, Google Reviews, supplier websites, social media). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those websites.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Service warranties for completed remodeling work are governed by the separately signed project contract — not by this website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TUFFDES LLC, its members, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website. Liability for any direct damages relating to website use is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance.
