Electronic Records & E-Sign Consent
Last updated: February 1, 2026
This consent lets ProCareMan® deliver contracts, change orders, payment authorizations, and other records to you electronically, and lets you sign them electronically.
Consent to Electronic Delivery
By signing a ProCareMan® contract, completing a change order in our customer portal, or otherwise transacting with us electronically, you consent to receive contracts, change orders, payment authorizations, invoices, lien waivers, warranty documentation, and project communications electronically — via email, our customer portal, or DocuSign / equivalent e-sign platform.
Hardware & Software
Receiving and signing electronically requires: a current web browser, the ability to view PDFs, an active email address you check regularly, and the ability to print or save copies if you wish. Standard mobile devices and computers from the past 5 years all meet these requirements.
Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw electronic-records consent at any time by emailing info@procareman.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of records previously delivered electronically. We will switch you to paper delivery from that point forward; reasonable handling fees may apply.
Update Your Email
Keep your contact email and mobile number current with us. Failure to receive an electronic record because of an outdated email or mobile number is not a defense to its enforceability.
Legal Effect
Under the federal E-SIGN Act and Utah's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, an electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
