Lead & Estimate Disclaimer

Any cost range, "Good/Better/Best" tier, or written preliminary estimate provided before an in-home assessment is preliminary and subject to revision. Final pricing requires in-home walkthrough, scope confirmation, material selection, and a signed written contract.

Submission of a lead, attendance at a consultation, receipt of an estimate, or any verbal indication of interest does not create a binding contract. A contractor-client relationship begins only when both parties sign a written contract specifying scope, schedule, price, payment terms, and warranty.

Written estimates are typically valid for 30 days. Prices for material-heavy scopes (cabinets, stone, lumber, roofing) may be revised if material costs change between estimate and contract signing.

Either party may decline to enter a contract at any point before signing, without obligation. ProCareMan® reserves the right to decline projects outside our service area, beyond our capacity, or that do not match our scope of practice.
