Contractor Network Disclosure

ProCareMan® acts as the general contractor on most projects, holding the prime contract with the homeowner and coordinating all licensed trades, permits, and inspections.

Specialized work — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, structural, cabinet fabrication, tile setting, painting, and similar — is performed by independent trade contractors and trade partners on our vetted roster. These contractors are licensed and insured in their trade.

The relationship between TUFFDES LLC dba ProCareMan and these trade partners is an independent-contractor and/or referral relationship. It is NOT an employment relationship, joint venture, partnership, agency, or franchise. Each trade partner is independently responsible for their own:

• Licensing in their trade (current and in good standing). • Liability insurance and, where required, workers' compensation. • Bonding (where applicable to scope or jurisdiction). • Pulling, scheduling, and closing out their own trade permits where required. • Tax obligations, including 1099 / withholding handling for any of their own subcontractors. • Their own employees, including wage-and-hour, OSHA safety, and W-2 / payroll obligations. • Trade-specific safety compliance (OSHA, EPA RRP lead-paint, NFPA electrical, asbestos protocol, etc.). • All other state, county, and municipal regulatory compliance specific to their trade.

Homeowners are encouraged to independently verify any contractor's credentials before, during, or after a project. ProCareMan® performs vetting at the time of onboarding, but circumstances change — licenses lapse, insurance certificates expire, business entities dissolve. As a best practice, homeowners should:

• Independently verify contractor licensing through the Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing (DOPL) where applicable. • Request and review certificates of insurance directly from the trade contractor where applicable. • Confirm bond coverage where applicable to scope and jurisdiction. • Request and review references for trade scopes outside our standard roster.

ProCareMan® will furnish contact information for any trade partner on your project on request, and will assist with any verification step you wish to perform.

Trade partners on our roster are screened for: active Utah license in their trade; current liability insurance and workers' compensation; clean disciplinary history; multi-year track record on our projects. They sign a written trade-partner agreement that covers quality, schedule adherence, change-order discipline, and customer-communication conduct.

ProCareMan® remains the homeowner's single point of accountability for quality, schedule, and warranty — regardless of which trade partner performed any portion of the work. Disputes with a trade partner are mediated by ProCareMan® at no cost to the homeowner.
