We collect information you give us directly — name, email, phone, mailing address, property address, project details, photos, and any documents you upload through our estimate forms, customer portal, or contractor onboarding workflow.

We also collect technical information automatically — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and session activity — through cookies and standard analytics tools.

If you finance a project through our independent lending partners, those partners may collect financial information directly from you. That collection is governed by the lender's own privacy policy.

We use the information to respond to inquiries, prepare written estimates, schedule consultations and project visits, deliver and document remodeling and property-management services, process payments, send appointment reminders, coordinate financing applications, send service updates, respond to support requests, and meet legal and tax obligations.

With your consent, we may also send occasional service updates, promotional offers, or educational content. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any text message.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with: (a) our employees and project managers; (b) trusted independent contractors and trade partners assigned to your project under written confidentiality terms; (c) financing partners when you apply for financing; (d) payment processors; (e) technology vendors that host our website, CRM, and customer portal; and (f) government agencies when required by law (permits, inspections, court orders).

We retain project records (estimates, contracts, change orders, payment history, photos, communications) for the duration of the customer relationship plus the period required by Utah contractor licensing rules, tax law, and warranty terms — typically 7 years. We retain marketing-list emails until you opt out.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
