Customer Review Policy

ProCareMan® believes customer reviews should be honest, verifiable, and useful for other homeowners. This policy describes how we handle them.
How We Solicit Reviews
After your project closes out, we may invite you (by email or text) to leave a public review on Google or to submit a private testimonial on our website. Reviews are voluntary; there is no incentive offered in exchange for a positive review.
Display
Reviews displayed on procareman.com are pulled from public Google Reviews or submitted by verified ProCareMan® customers. We may edit reviews for grammar, length, or to remove identifying information about other parties; we do not edit the substance of opinions.
Authenticity
We do not post fake reviews, purchase reviews, or solicit reviews from non-customers. We do not remove or hide negative reviews simply because they are negative.
Moderation
We may decline to publish, or remove, any review that contains: defamation, harassment, profanity, identifying information about a third party without their consent, off-topic content, or content unrelated to a real ProCareMan® engagement.
Disputes
If you believe a review attributed to you is inauthentic, or you wish to revise a previously submitted review, email info@procareman.com.
