Project Photo & Media Release

During a project, ProCareMan® and our trade partners may capture photographs, drone imagery, and short video of the project — including existing conditions, demo, framing, rough-in, finish work, and final installation. This documentation is essential for project administration, quality control, warranty support, and licensing/inspection records.

With your consent (collected during contract signing or via a separate written release), we may also use finished-project photography in our website portfolio, social media, marketing materials, and case studies. Identifying details (street address, family names) are never published unless specifically authorized.

You can opt out of portfolio and marketing use at any time before publication, and request removal after publication. Internal project-administration documentation cannot be opted out of — it is required for permit, inspection, and warranty records.

Photographs and video produced by ProCareMan® and our partners remain the property of TUFFDES LLC. Photographs you upload to our customer portal remain your property; you grant us a limited license to use them solely for project administration and (with consent) portfolio purposes.
