ProCareMan® respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe content on procareman.com infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written DMCA notice to info@procareman.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice".
Required Information
1) A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent. 2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed. 3) The URL of the allegedly infringing content. 4) Your name, address, telephone number, and email. 5) A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 6) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice. We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant; if they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We may terminate accounts or remove submissions from users determined to be repeat infringers.
