Is there a cost to refer a seller?
No. There is no referral fee, retainer, or partnership cost. We earn business the same way every other contractor does — by delivering a clean, on-time, on-budget project.
Will ProCareMan® try to "list" the home or replace me?
Never. ProCareMan® is a licensed Utah general contractor, not a real-estate brokerage. We have no interest in listing your client's home. Our only job is to prepare the home for the market you build.
How do I get progress updates while the work is happening?
You and your seller both receive weekly Monday-morning written status updates by email, plus daily photo uploads inside our project coordination platform. You can call the project manager directly any time.
Do you offer financing for the seller?
Yes — we partner with Hearth and Acorn Finance for 0% intro and fixed-rate home-improvement financing options. Many sellers pay off the balance at closing from sale proceeds.
